Sidewalk Vendors in the City of Torrance must abide by or obtain the following:

each additional violation

$500 for each additional violation within one year of first violation

Sidewalk Vending Permit

1st violation

$250

2nd violation

$500

each additional violation

1. $1,000 for each additional fine issued within one year of the first violation
