Torrance City Charter Survey

The City of Torrance is conducting a survey of local residents to evaluate community opinions related to potential updates to Torrance's City Charter, which is the City's equivalent of the Constitution for state and federal government. Based on the findings from the survey, potential updates will be discussed publicly at upcoming City Council meetings.
